About Us

Hi, I am Emma Martens, a Belgian chocolatière and owner of Emma's Delights, Belgian chocolates.

I handcraft traditional Belgian chocolates in small batches and make all my own fillings from scratch with your well-being in mind: I NEVER use glucose or any other added sugars in our creations, except for some organic cane sugar to caramelize an ingredient. And I don't use any artificial flavorings or food coloring.

Our mission is to combine the luxurious decadence of fine chocolates with the purity of healthy ingredients.

Our signature Chocolate Gourmet Collection of rocks and wafers combines pure 70% cocoa mass bittersweet chocolate with pure, real ingredients without any added sugars or flavorings.
