Emma’s Delights and Crikey Bites LLC is an artisan cake bakery which exclusively creates custom orders for their clients. All cakes are handmade from scratch with fresh ingredients. Emma’s signature frosting, Italian Meringue Butter Cream, is a lush and decadent treat. When coupled with her fresh, delicious cakes and clever, flavor combinations, every bite will be a delight! Emma’s Delights is a product of a lifelong love of baking. Emma learned the art of baking at her mother’s apron strings as a small girl and never looked back. Australian by birth, Emma moved to the Northwest in 2008 and was amazed by the array of tools and techniques available to Amercian bakers. She happily indulged her love for baking and submerged herself in the cake and candy community; learning new techniques and methods from many talented chefs and bakers in the region.
Emma’s passion for quality ingredients and flair for creativity are integral to every cake she makes. Her desserts are enchanting to look at and delightful to eat. This Aussie knows you’ll enjoy every delightful bite.
